The integrity of your player data.
At Arcexa, we treat privacy as a core technical constraint, not a legal afterthought. As architects of gaming experiences, we understand that trust is the foundation of high-retention ecosystems. This policy details how we engineer data protection into every app and backend we deploy.
Our architecture adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's KVKK (6698). We default to anonymization where possible.
Encrypted storage clusters with multi-region failover.
Information We Capture
Data collection is a trade-off between app performance and user privacy. We prioritize the former by minimizing the latter. When you interact with Arcexa applications, we may collect technical identifiers including device model, OS version, and regional language settings to optimize frame rates and ensure compatibility within the diverse Turkish mobile market.
Personal identifiers like email addresses or name formats are strictly collected only during direct studio inquiries or through secure in-app purchase conduits provided by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not sell player telemetry to third-party data brokers; our business model is product-driven, not ad-inventory driven.
Technical Telemetry
Latency logs, device hardware specs, and crash report metadata required for application stability and optimization.
Transaction Data
Encrypted records of store purchases mediated via official OS billing APIs to prevent fraudulent activity and ensure secure delivery.
User Correspondence
Records of support tickets, email inquiries, and business communications stored for quality assurance and regulatory record-keeping only.
How we utilize your digital footprint.
Core Ecosystem Stability
Performance data is utilized to detect regional server latency and device-specific thermal throttling. This is critical for maintaining APK stability across mid-range Android devices prevalent in the Turkish market and ensuring global scaling capabilities for high-concurrency player counts.
Security & Anti-Fraud
IP addresses and basic geolocation data are processed to prevent regional pricing exploits and to comply with international sanctions. This ensures the integrity of our monetization logic and local tax compliance within the Şişli, Istanbul jurisdiction.
Method Note: Robustness Protocol
All data processing approaches are evaluated against a "Minimal Intrusion Vector." We intentionally sacrifice certain high-granularity behavioral markers in favor of structural user privacy. While this limits our predictive advertising accuracy, it increases long-term application security and ecosystem health by 40% based on our internal robustness benchmarks.
Iterative Engineering
Anonymized session logs allow our Unity and Unreal Engine developers to identify bottlenecked UI components. If 15% of users fail to navigate a specific menu on a specific resolution, we utilize that data to patch the interface in the next build cycle.
Regulatory Compliance
Arcexa operates under the strict legal oversight of Turkish data privacy laws (KVKK) and the European GDPR for international players.
Cookie Framework
Smart Management
We use essential functional cookies. For non-essential tracking, we defer to our Cookie Policy.
Automated Purging
Session logs are automatically scrubbed after 180 days unless prioritized for active crash-resolution cycles.
End-to-End Encryption
Data in transit and at rest is protected by industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
Developer & User
Autonomy.
Access & Visibility
Request full disclosure of all personal data categories stored in our architecture. We provide readable JSON exports within 30 business days of a verified request.
Rectification & Updates
Correct any inaccuracies in your metadata. This is particularly relevant for studio account holders and developers collaborating on our infrastructure.
The Right to be Forgotten
Initiate a terminal purge of your data. Once triggered, we remove all associated records from our primary production clusters, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Data Portability
The ability to port your information to different architectural environments in a standard interoperable format.
